Engineering Maintenance Team Leader required for an industry leading manufacturer who are well renowned in their industry. They operate across 3 sites in the UK and boast a great team environment. They truly invest in training and development for their employeesand offer regular overtime opportunities to boost potential earnings.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and working alongside a small team of maintenance engineers. You will prioritise jobs for the engineers which will include reactive maintenance, pre-planned maintenance and alsocontinuous improvement projects when required. There will be a mixture of both mechanical and electrical work required. The company are investing heavily on site with current and upcoming upgrade projects and you will work along OEM specialists for installationand commissioning. The role is heavily weighted to reactive maintenance currently but the company have plans to implement a more robust PPM schedule. You will manage contractors on site and be a champion for H&S on site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a varied role and exposure to a wide range of machinery. The site is clean, tidy and organised. The company are investing in new capital equipment and are investing in their engineers on an ongoing basis.

The Engineering Maintenance Team Leader Role:
*Managing a small team of engineers

*Hands on maintenance activities

*Involvement with and overseeing project work and facilities maintenance when required

*Managing contractors on site

*Training and development of the team

*Project and installation work due to huge investment on site

*Ongoing training and development

*Monday to Friday. DAYS.

The Person:
*Must have previous experience as a maintenance or engineering team leader/supervisor

*Can transfer from ANY manufacturing or industrial background

*Can be either mechanically or electrical biased

*Must have experience working on 3 phase electrics as a minimum
