**Responsibilities**
- Issue receipts for all payments received and inform courts of all payments taken
- Attending defendant addresses to execute warrants
- Complete all necessary paperwork and update handheld devices on actions taken
- Follow Approved Enforcement Agencies and Prisoner Escorted Contracts Awarded (AEA/PECS) protocol
- Review and update risk assessments, highlighting concerns to ensure a proportionate response
- Ensure post incident procedures are followed
- Comply with all body worn video (BWV) training and compliance
- Carry out any other tasks as required in connection with the service, execution or return of warrants, summonses, orders, and notices
- Obtain and report information regarding the customer and/or the actions taken in executing a warrant

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication skills—articulate and confident in engaging with all levels.
- Ability to manage conflict calmly and effectively.
- High self-motivation
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume of warrants.
- Initiative to act within legal and policy guidelines.
**- A full UK driving licence is essential.**
