**About the company**: Destination Lincolnshire, a Destination Management Organisation (DMO), has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Marketing Assistant to join the team, working across all destination brands on campaigns, digital marketing, PR, events, and administration tasks.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
**Campaigns, PR & Social Media**
- Assist in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, blogs, video scripts etc).
- Communicate with businesses and stakeholders about upcoming campaigns.
- Support PR Exec with press visits, content and delivery.
- Help maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services.
- Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of promotional materials.
- Support with data filing including image library management (tags and file naming).

**Marketing**
- Working under the direction of the Campaign Manager you will help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Support marketing executives in organising and delivering various projects.
- Support campaign evaluation with information gathered from marketing activities.
- Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, other relevant information.
- Research and collate relevant content for campaign channels.
- Helps maintain excellent partner relationships through strong customer service skills.
- Supports Campaign Manager with any additional tasks as required.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills & Personal Qualities**:

- Great team player with an ability to work independently to deliver tasks.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics.
- Confident writer with an ability to learn a visitor facing style of content
- Ability to analyse data and present findings.
- Good level of computer literacy, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics and Canva would be an advantage, but training can be given.
- Good time management.
- Confident and able to use own initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop, a quick learner.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbally.

- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
