We are looking to recruit experienced Machine Operators for our busy and expanding factory manufacturing threaded inserts from Brass, Steel and Stainless Steel. Experience of “hands on” working in an industrial “traditional” factory setting, using hand operated measuring equipment and providing a high degree of accuracy and flexibility is required.

**Summary of duties and responsibilities**
- Manual checking of components using hand measuring equipment.
- Loading and monitoring material usage and output of machines.
- Experience of reading and understanding engineering drawings and controls.
- Use of Vernier, Micrometer and Magnifying Glass to check components, and the accurate reporting of data.
- Experience of working within a quality controlled ISO 9001/ISO14001 manufacturing environment.

Hours 37 ½ hours per week

Rotating shift pattern which alternates weekly between 7.00 to 14.30 Mon - Fri and 14.00 to 22.00 Mon - Thu and 14.00 to 19.30 Fri

**Additional Pay**
- Monthly productivity bonus
