Middle Office Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager or Team Leader to join a well established physical & derivative Commodity Middle Office Control function..
The key to this role is partnering with the Commodity & Global Markets functions' liaising with Traders regarding risk, trading strategies and on new products and businesses.
You will own the business relationships, P&L analysis, financial analytics, daily/monthly controls, and drive improvement projects.
You will directly manage 2 Product Control with '1st line of reporting' for a larger offshore team of 6 Product Control Analysts.
You will maintain strong internal relationships with the Front Office, Market Risk, Financial Control, and Operations, ensuring an effective control environment is maintained by identifying risk and enhancements to the overall control framework.
You will have experience working within a commodity Product Control environment, or working directly with/alongside Product Control functions within your current role and have strong Management or Supervisory skills, commercial acumen and a 'results-oriented'mindset.
