**Overview**

SaccoMann have been instructed on a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a reputable and well-established law firm based in Northampton with a view to head up the Residential Conveyancing department. This role would suit a seniorLicensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with a solid background in Conveyancing and experience of management looking for the next step in their career.

**The role**
- Handling your own caseload of a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters including sales and purchase, remortgage, equity release, lease extensions and transfer of equity
- You will be responsible for managing solid professional relationships with clients and estate agents whilst developing new relationships
- Working on your caseload autonomously with mínimal supervision
- You will be a active member of the team with great leadership skills in order to manage the wider department
- You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing lawyer with experience of managing a team of conveyancers, paralegals or fee earners
- You must be a confident communicator with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
