Logistics Co-ordinator

Our client is offering a great opportunity for a Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Co-Ordinator you will receive;

As a Logistics Co-Ordinator you will;
- Log & track all shipments and schedule all contracts and shipments directly with suppliers
- Establish freight rates and verify duty rates
- Ensure all documentation regarding import regulations with the EEC is in order and correct
- Timely and accurate completion of import and export customs entries and declarations
- Update inhouse computer system
- Liaise with clearing agents in a timely manner to ensure that all documentation is in order and presented to them to avoid excess handling charges
- Work with the senior management team to ensure a smooth process

For this Logistics Co-Ordinator role, we are keen to speak to anyone who has 2-3 years’ experience in logistics, shipping or transport and deep sea experience is essential. You must have knowledge of export processes and documentation, able to work at afast pace and have strong administrative skills.
