**What is the role of a Warehouse Operative?**
- Working with the warehouse of a large distribution centre organising orders for dispatch
- Using handheld scanners to pick the correct items
- Palletising orders for dispatch
- Assembling packaging
- Working as part of a team to meet delivery deadlines
- Labelling and rework of warehouse goods as required
- Operating power pallet trucks (PPT, Ped Op, POEP, LLOP) - **FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- No previous experience required as full training is provided
- Previous experience working in a simlar role e.g. warehouse operative, order picker, retail assistant, operative or production operative is advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience operating a Forklift Truck, FLT, PPT, Ped OP, POEP is desirable but not essential as full training provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
