Join us as an Operations Assistant and be part of a dynamic team supporting His Majestys Theatre, Music Hall, and The Lemon Tree You'll play a key role in preparing, maintaining, and securing our venues for unforgettable events, all while ensuring our clients, artists, and visitors have the best possible experience.

Due to the nature of our business, shift pattern will vary, with our Operations team generally being the first to enter our venues and the last to leave. Daytime, weekend and evening shifts are available. There are occasions where overnight shifts are required as we reset and prepare our auditoriums for the next day, which are paid at an enhanced rate.

The role will be on a salaried, permanent contract and you will work 37 hours per week, 5 days from 7. Days and hours of work will vary according to the needs of the Company on a rota basis. Annual Salary is £24,846.65.
