We understand a work life balance matters, we are looking to reduce your days in office and provide a flexible full-time opportunity.
**When will I work? **25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-2:30pm. 38 weeks a year (14 weeks off). We are open to other working patterns. What works for you?
**Where will I work? **We offer a flexible working package. In the office, at home, or a mixture of both. We have office sites based in Holton Heath and Tower Park whilst offer full remote working from home roles after a period of training at the office.
**What will I be doing?**
All aspects of our business point in 1 direction, providing customer services support that help keep drivers mobile Be it helping your favourite take-away delivery company get you that late night food order by repairing a tyre puncture issue, or by helping your daughter get back home safely by organising breakdown support to replace that dead battery. You’ll be taking calls, and helping people get the support they need with their vehicles
**Do I need experience?**
Experience is not essential. We provide all the training needed and our systems provide instructions of what to do. All we need you to bring is a willingness to learn
