**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise GymOS for creating memberships, monitoring class attendance and managing the calendar.
- Assist with clerical duties such as cleaning, taking membership payments, and preparing induction waivers as necessary.
- Maintain an organised front desk area to ensure a professional environment.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and assist with resolving any issues that may arise with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £22,798.00-£23,747.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
