We are working with a **creative brand** with a**focus on sustainability** that produces and supplies **quirky, unique products** to several leading retailers. Offering a **supportive working environment** and an**annual company bonus scheme**, they need a **Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant** to work within their **eCommerce team,** analysing and administering **stock levels** and getting involved in various **web projects.**

The role will involve **forecasting stock requirements** in line with prospective sales, ensuring adequate stock levels are consistently maintained. As well as this, you will be supporting the **daily running of the brand’s web platform**, assisting with day-to-day administrative duties and website projects.

The ideal person will have previous experience in an **eCommerce / merchandising** role, an **analytical**mind, a **supportive** nature, and a sharp **attention to detail**. Most importantly, you will be eager to get stuck in with a **small, hard-working,**and**friendly team**

**Responsibilities for this Eccomerce Merchandising Assistant role**:

- Forecasting relevant sales for the brand
- Analyse sales weekly, adjusting reserve minimums where necessary to ensure there is efficient, updated website stock
- Efficient comprehension of systems and process for stock management, using this knowledge to communicate to wider team
- Reporting on key products that are both out and in stock and using this information to encourage the appropriate momentum behind website and digital product selling
- Supporting the eCommerce team on any website tasks as required

**Skills and experience needed for this Eccomerce Merchandising Assistant role**:

- 1 year experience in a similar eCommerce merchandising position
- Analytical skills and numerical skills with sharp attention to detail
- Great Microsoft Excel skills
- Expert communication / interpersonal skills
- Organised and efficient, adaptable to performing under pressure
- Capability to quickly learn eCommerce platforms and ERP solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Confident and able to collaborate ideas effectively
- Eager to learn, pick up new things, and work hard to problem-solve and achieve goals
