**Full Job Description**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, rational and organised individual, with excellent communication skills to join my team as a Sales and Administration Assistant.
**Main Objective**:
To help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our company, through managing and coordinating schedules. You will also contribute to the achievement of KPIs by securing new customers and contracts whilst maintaining a good relationship with existing customers.
**Some of your Sales and Administration duties will include**:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
- Answering questions about the company
- Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
- A high level of customer service skills, along with a professional telephone manner is required when dealing directly with customers
- Having a positive attitude to actively achieve customer sales targets set by the director
- Acting as the first point of contact for all business related calls
- Handling requests, queries and complaints appropriately
- Receiving and booking jobs whilst accurately recording job schedules
- Liaising with staff members whilst providing an up to date work rota to the relevant members of staff
- Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them of our services - training will be provided.
- Maintaining and updating an accurate record of new and old customer information
- Keeping an accurate record of the call and sales information
- Liaising with customers to ensure that bookings are allocated appropriately
**You must be able to demonstrate**:
- Good level of English, spoken and written
- Clear communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A fast and keen learner
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office Packages
- Reliable team player
**Desirable skills**:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- Experience performing Personal Assistant duties
**Benefits**:
