A day in the life of

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and ensure linen is laundered and amenities are replenished. Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH

Based in the Staybridge Suites Birmingham you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Staybridge Suites is a 179 suite aparthotel in the heart of the city centre. We are a real home away from home for our guests, all our rooms have kitchens and our guests can stay anywhere from one night to several months. We have more than a hotels average number of stayovers and our housekeeping team have the opportunity of really getting to know our long stay guests and making sure everything is just as they need it in their 'home away from home' stay.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will love to clean be passionate about delivering a perfect bedroom for every guest, every stay.

Staybridge Suites hotel is a relaxing home from home, warm and friendly alternative to traditional apartments, situated on Corporation Street in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.
