A1 Personnel are currently looking for a Transport Planner on behalf of our client based in Stanford-Le-Hope.

Duties will include;
- Working with the driving team to ensure that customer service is always maintained.
- Managing hire vehicle damages in line with company procedures ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Working as part of a team, attending team meetings and contributing where appropriate
- Maintaining good customer relations with customers, repairers, claims office and referral sources alike
- Ensure that fleet schedules are maintained, and de-fleeting vehicles are made available to the De-fleet Team as and when required.

You will require;
- An understanding of the Highway Code
- IT literate
- Minimum 2 years transport planning experience
- Must have groupage and pallet network experience
- Have worked within a distribution/logistics environment
- Excellent communication skills

Hours

6am -3pm & 10am - 7pm rolling week on week
