**The Role: Environmental Consultant -Asbestos**

We have developed a training academy with a dedicated manager, whose sole purpose is to support and develop talent at Riverside.

We pay a monthly bonus to enhanced academy members who are on track, meaning you will get better training, higher pay, and shorter routes to senior roles.

**Role Benefits**:

- Starting wage £25,058 (including £1,000 academy bonus), staged increases to £30,400 by the end of the second year (including £2,000 academy bonus).

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Level 3 qualifications (Degree, A levels, AS or NVQ 3 minimum)
- Commit to 2-4 own time learning hours per week.
- Must have a full UK driving licence and enjoy driving.
- Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check.
- Must be friendly, professional, and hard working at all times.
- Be able to pass technical audits and exams.
- Be methodical in their approach.
