We are currently working with an Art company that is currently seeking a Floor Manager to join their office in London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and guide sales staff.
- ** Customer Service**: Maintain high standards of customer service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues with clients.
- ** Operations Management**: Oversee floor operations, ensuring the team are hitting targets.
- ** Staff Training**: Train, coach, and mentor employees to improve performance and maintain high service standards.
- ** Sales Performance**: Support sales initiatives by setting team goals, monitoring progress, and motivating staff to achieve targets.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Address operational challenges in real-time, providing practical solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- ** Reporting**: Provide daily/weekly reports to management on team performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Proven experience in a Manager role or Senior Broker position.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Knowledge of alternative investments
- Ability to manage and train junior brokers.
- Close own business
