MindLabs is officially on the hunt for our new Chief Sleep Officer. A snoozer schmoozer. A dapper napper. The best to ever rest. This new exec will be responsible for testing MindLabs’s latest science-backed sleep content, ensuring our classes are catnap for the masses. And you’ll be united with us on our mission to improve your sleep and build healthy bedtime habits.

We’re looking for someone who has at least 18+ years of top sleeping experience, someone who can doze off standing up, and someone who has ambitions of manifesting their dreams in real life. It’s time for your new career path, a new yawn.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Product team to collect and analyze sleep data
- Test industry-leading sleep wearables to track your siestas
- Test and review classes that will help you stay sharp throughout the day, including energy boosters and morning affirmations
- Grow a community of deep sleepers
- Review latest sleep papers to ensure we’re constantly using the latest sleep improvement techniques
- Market research on the latest sleep trends and technologies and regularly reporting back to the team
- Join regular sleep testing initiatives conducted by MindLabs and external participants
