Operational metrics are required to provide control assurance for senior management that key controls are operating.

The primary objective of the operational metrics program is to define, source and visualise control metrics through a dashboard, which will provide senior management with oversight over Investment Bank (IB) Key Controls. In addition, the operational metrics will support requirements under the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) One Bank and Financial Crime Risk and Compliance Key Deliverable.

As Data Sourcing Lead, you will be required to support the design and development of the metrics dashboard.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Work with stakeholders across the First and Second Line of Defence to understand the controls they operate and identify metrics and data sources
- Perform data analysis and data mining to define data sourcing requirements
- Develop a data model to consolidate different data sources into a standardised output for management reporting
- Gather reporting requirements from senior stakeholders and develop management information (MI)/reports to visualise control metrics
- Support test planning and execution

**Your skills and experience**
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Access skills
- Good SQL, Visual Basic Applications (VBA) and/or Python knowledge
- Knowledge of data sourcing and data modelling
- Experience of developing dashboards in Tableau
- An understanding of the project lifecycle, including user testing
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and stakeholder management skills
