**About the role as Head of Region**
At Aira, our regional heads are responsible for building and driving our regional business across the country. This role will have a full remit of responsibility including driving sales and a sales performance culture, budget management, Installation capacity management, and ensuring you have an engaged and developed team. There will be an element of remote management whilst your regional operation is set up.
You'll be managing the survey and sales workforce right across the Midlands, as well as your installation and planning teams. You'll be ensuring the right recruitment and the right training, to always deliver a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

**What we need you to have as Head of Region**
- Previous experience in a senior leadership position within the heating or renewables sector is essential for this role.
- Demonstrable experience of managing budgets, and reporting results.
The following would be great to have:
- Experience from working within a B2C sales environment.
- In depth operational experience with Air Source Heat Pumps.

**What you'll be doing in the role as Head of Region**
- Supporting the annual budget process and having responsibility to meet required budget targets and P&L.
- Driving a sales culture through your region ensuring sales and Installation targets are met.
- Defining annual strategic OKR’s for the region and continuously following up.
- Delivering outstanding surveys, closing of sales, installations, and aftercare service for your customers.
- Managing and coaching the team.
- Supporting and working closely with Central Service Operations Team to implement the AIRA Operating Model and audit structure.
- Driving performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance.
- Overall responsibility for installation capacity. Meeting sales demand through close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition and Academy teams in recruitment and training.
- Recruiting a top performing team.
- Leading your regional team to maintain an engaged and motivated workforce.
- Understanding training needs and implementing improvement plans.
- Working closely with other Regional Heads to learn from each other and implement best practice.
