We have an opportunity forStock Controller to join our Operations team. The emphasis of this ‘hands on’ role is to lead and motivate in order to deliver and achieve outstanding results. It is anticipated that this role will be 80% productive and 20% management support.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Maintenance of stock accuracy by conducting regular PI checks within the agreed timescales;
- Identify and report any ‘Critical to Quality’ (CTQ) processes/practices to management;
- Ensure that all Operational non-conformance is monitored and reported to management;
- Identify root cause of stock accuracy issues and escalate to management with suggestions for resolution;
- Contribute to the planning of an efficient warehouse layout;
- Actively present solutions to problems/challenges;
- Participate in stock counts across the campus.

**Skills/experience required**:

- Understand modern inventory management techniques;
- Understand KPI’s in area;
- Pro-actively seek solutions to issues surrounding service and provide solutions to challenges;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Able to form good working relations with other departments.
