**Business Administrator**

Our client, a market leading company in their sector are in search of a **Business Administrator** to join their team in Armagh.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Administration of all special offer and promotional prices
- Implement and maintain prices across procurement systems, both internal and external and maintain pricing on company website
- Provide market and competitor analysis
- Using the ERP system to implement and maintain special prices for all group customers
- Periodic review of all special prices and ensure these are communicated to the account handler and the customer on an annual basis or in line with the customer’s contract
- Understand client needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues
- Producing reports from procurement systems
- Liase with the Commercial Analyst and Sales and Operations Manager as required
- Provide ad-hoc support to both Commercial and Category teams
- Relevant degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work in a team and independently confidently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
