**Location**: Hertford (Office-based)
**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

**What you’ll be doing**

As our **Marketing Executive**, you’ll have the opportunity to **drive marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and generate leads** through exciting campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Developing & executing** marketing strategies to support business growth.
- **Managing social media** accounts and creating engaging content.
- **Creating & managing content** for the company website, including blogs and case studies.
- **Designing marketing materials** such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- **Working with external agencies** on digital advertising (SEO, PPC, etc.).
- **Tracking & analysing** marketing campaign performance to optimise strategies.
- **Conducting competitor & market analysis** to identify trends and opportunities.

**What we’re looking for**

**3+ years of marketing experience** (preferably B2B).
**Excellent communication skills** - both written and verbal.
**Strong creative and analytical mindset** - you can bring ideas to life and measure their impact.
**Experience in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing** is a big plus
**Proficiency in digital marketing tools & social media management platforms.**
**Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are highly desirable.**
**Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with ease.**
**Self-motivated, organised, and a real team player.**
**Positive attitude, hardworking, and a passion for marketing**
