**Overview - Job Role**:
**Duties**
- Assist customers with their inquiries through a face to face campaign and provide exceptional service.
- Promote products and services through a residential campaign.
- Participate in upskilling sessions to develop skills and knowledge related to products and sales techniques.
- Work closely with your mentor and your team to achieve sales targets as well as working independently.

**Experience**
- No experience required - full training and mentoring provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in sales and a desire to contribute positively to team goals.

Graduate or early-career professional seeking growth and development.

Excellent communicator with strong people skills.

Positive, motivated, and eager to learn.

Eligible to work in the UK.

Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing environment.
