**What We Are Looking For**

**Your Role as a Autism Support Worker**
- Assist with all activities of daily living
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment
- You will support individuals in their own tenancies as well as helping them to engage in various community activities.
- You will focus on the helping the individual to maintain their independence, do more of what they love and remain involved in their community.

We welcome those who have previous experience in the role, but we have also recruited from far and wide sectors. Full support is provided from the beginning of your journey ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

**Salary**: £10.60-£11.60 per hour
