You’ll be working in almost every aspect of design, adopting a close relationship with each department to empathise with client and customer problems. You’ll work within a team of 6 other Graphic Designers, a Videographer and a Web/UI/UX Designer.

**What will you be doing?**
- Creating **fun, modern, engaging digital and print designs** to encourage users to download and use Jisp, focussing on the user journey and what motivates them.
- **Liaising with the Studio Team Manager** to create captivating digital and print designs. Collaborating with other designers and the Marketing team to overcome client and customers problems with a hands-on and creative attitude.
- **Collating information in an engaging, storytelling format** to onboard new and existing B2B clients. Ranging from small businesses to large corporations.
- **Discussing and collaborating with other departments** to deploy genius marketing strategies, ranging from social media campaigns, in-store printed activation POS, user-focussed website landing pages and much more.
- Passionately **promoting our brand values** through your designs and evolve our brand guidelines, internally and externally.

**What experience do you need?**
- Outstanding **project and time management skills**, taking a project from start to finish.
- 2-3 years proven **design experience in commercial/agency environments**. Evidence of this experience with a portfolio that shows effective designs across different multimedia platforms.
- An absolute **Adobe Creative Suite ninja**, ranging from an all-rounder to specialising in a creative field that is unique to your experience.
- Be confident in taking the initiative and making **crucial design decisions**.
- Be vocal with your opinions with a **human approach to problem-solving** to contribute during company meetings.
- **A keen eye for detail** throughout the creative process.

**Required Skills**:

- A **portfolio** (digital or print) that demonstrates a variety of design examples.
- Excellent knowledge of the **Adobe Creative Suite**, specifically; Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- A clear understanding of the importance of **brand identity.**:

- Keen **attention to detail** with great spelling and grammar.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, software, and techniques.
- **Solid skills in Microsoft** PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

**Desirables (but not essential)**
- Experience in **Web/UI/UX **and **Adobe After Effects.**
