**Role Overview**:

- Welcome customers in the showroom.
- Responding to digital enquiries whilst promoting our products.
- Plan and manage the customer's test drive experience with the Sales Executive, and offer further product insight during the test drive process
- Provide customers with specification information about all brand products
- Plan and manage the customer test drive process with the Sales Executive and offering product insight during the test drive appointment
- Resolve customer issues.
- Manage the daily activates in the showroom.
