Our vibrant, “outstanding” and successful nursery requires a strong room leader. The nursery is conveniently located in a residential area, close to transport facilities and local amenities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, experienced, enthusiastic practitioner, who is able to manage a team, you should possess great communication skills and have a calm, approachable nature. This position would suit an experienced nursery practitioner who has previously managed a team (2 years
- 4 years ) and is looking for an exciting career opportunity.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- To include and maintain high standards of care and education
- To work effectively within the staff team, providing day to day support in the baby room
- Provide stimulating and exciting activities for young children
- To implement effective parent liaison and to be influential in developing strong links with parents
- **You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience**:

- Must have a Level 3 in Childcare
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- Knowledge of OFSTED standards
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of key working practice, including observations and record keeping.
