Due to expansion and a new variation to our permit, Go4Greener have a Customer Services Administrator position in a busy vibrant office close to Derby City Centre.

The position is full time 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

You will be working within a very busy team and excel knowledge along with the microsoft office package is essential to this role.

You must also possess an excellent phone manner and be able to work on your own initiative along with working as part of the customer services team.

You must be Somebody that currently works or has worked previously within the waste industry due to the knowledge needed for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- providing updates to customers.
- Filing
- Supporting the General Manager & Site Manager with their administrative duties.
- Booking and confirming Jobs

We are looking for an individual who
- shows an embedded passion for customer service
- has an ability to prioritise own workload.
- You will have:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- High work ethics
- Understanding of a Customer Service Excellence
- Has worked in a similar role in Waste Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
