We are currently assisting our client, based on the outskirts of Cambridge, with the recruitment of a Compliance Manager. They are looking for someone with ISO auditing experience and ideally with a background in compliance management. Knowledge and understandingof ISO 27001 would be an advantage. Hybrid working options are available.
As a Compliance Manager you will be:

- Responsible for the management and maintenance of company compliance relating to accreditations and certifications
- Preparing for all audits relating to relating to accreditations and certifications
- Supporting the company Directors with management tools and processes
- Liaising with professional partners, e.g. Legal, Auditing, HR, Landlords
- Assisting with all documentation and audits regarding Lean Six Sigma and ISO 27001 certifications and policies
- Responsible for maintaining employee compliance and awareness on policies, procedure and training schedules
- Responsible for company property administration and dealing with sub-contractors
- Preparing performance reports

As a Compliance Manager you will have:

- Experience within a similar role
- Good working knowledge of ISO 27001 and Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage
- Enthusiasm to own and develop the role
