Viewing Agent

**About the Role**

As a Viewing Agent, you’ll be the friendly face of Mo Move Newquay, showing potential buyers around our available properties. You’ll play a key role in providing a great first impression and helping clients find their perfect home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct property viewings in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information about properties and answer questions
- Liaise with the office team to manage viewing schedules efficiently
- Gather and relay feedback from viewers

**About You**

- Confident, personable, engaging and customer-focused
- Professional in appearance and communication with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Have a genuine passion for 'all things property'
- Organised and able to manage your own schedule
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends
- Have the commitment and pride to represent Mo Move Newquay as we continue to grow
