Sales and Customer Service Advisor

We are an ambitious and innovative leader within the packaging supply industry and part of a large European group.
We are currently looking for Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join our Central Sales Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience when they decide to get in touch, in addition to identifying and championing opportunities that would benefit the customer's individual needs, by upselling our complementary or supplementary products and services. This role is a great way for someone with experience in sales, or customer service, to develop their career further.
As the face [or voice, as it were] of RAJA UK, our friendly Central Sales Team endeavour to provide a fantastic customer service, and ensure that our customers and various stakeholders know they can #CountOnUs.
The key duties of this role include being the first point of contact for all inbound customer contact and effectively managing them to completion, as well as engaging in outbound calls as needed to provide expert advise and guidance to potential clients on how they can elevate their the business using our high-quality products and services. As such, problem solving, the ability to prioritise workload, and an ability to influence others, are some of the key skills that each of our phenomenal team members hold, and what we look for in new members.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
