**Job Title: Midweight Designer** **Location: Newcastle upon Tyne** **Salary: Negotiable** Our client, a leading branding and design agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne, are on the lookout for a talented Midweight Designer to join their team. As Midweight Designer you'll get to work across a wide variety of clients and projects, bringing exciting brands to life and delivering effective, on brand, creative solutions. Ideally you will also be able to support our clients digital offering, includingthe ability to use your UX and UI knowledge to enhance digital experiences. **Responsibilities**: - Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts - Take ideas from concept to execution - Translate positioning, research, and strategy into effective design - Create compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs - Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision - Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all customer touch points - Work with the team to develop storyboards and elements for video production **Requirements**: - A diverse portfolio which demonstrates expertise and creative ability - Educated to degree level in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or related field - Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency - Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - Strong creative thinking and ability to develop creative concepts - An understanding of UI/UX design - High quality brand execution across various media - Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects - Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues - Demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills - Able to work well under pressure, prioritising workload with efficiency - Strong attention to detail If you think you'd be a great fit for this role, click "apply" and we'll get things rolling.
