ProScore Academy is expanding into Kilmarnock — and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced football coach to **lead our operations at a new local venue**. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in growing our presence in the area, building lasting relationships with young players and families, and helping us bring our mission to life in a new community.

This role is ideal for a coach who combines technical ability with leadership, reliability, and a passion for player development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality 1-to-1, small group and team training sessions for players aged 6-18.
- Build strong relationships with parents, players, and local partners.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Kilmarnock venue, representing ProScore’s values and standards.
- Help develop local awareness of the programme through word-of-mouth and community engagement.
- Ensure the safety, professionalism, and quality of every session delivered.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience coaching young footballers (minimum 2 years).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for personal development, not just performance.
- Driving licence and access to transport (essential).
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- UEFA C Licence or working towards
- First Aid and Child Protection certification
- Previous experience in private or academy coaching
- Links to the Kilmarnock football community
