We are currently recruiting part-time Customer Service colleagues (21 hours) with a starting package of **£24,468 (pro-rata) **this is made up of a base salary of **£22,400 **(pro-rata) **along with an additional **£500 **flexible benefit and up to a **£1,568 (pro-rata) **discretionary performance related bonus.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**

This is a part-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 21 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The role is based in our Basingstoke branch.
