Trainee Sales Part Advisor

SDLMinorfern is looking for a Trainee Sales Parts Advisor to come and join us at our Clay Cross Branch.

Each working week consists of 45 hours, made up of 5 x 8.5-hour days Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 7.30 and 6.00pm which includes an additional 5 hours on every alternate Saturday in accordance with the rota. You are entitled to a meal break of 30 minutes.

You will be responsible for providing products, information and meet customer requirements as you train to become a skilled part sales advisor selling products to customers. You will provide our customers with excellent customer service and deliver their product requirements via Telephone & Sales counter.

**What will the role be?**
- Ensure we offer high quality customer service day in day out.
- Ensure the products supplied are 100% correct to the customers’ requirements.
- Communicate our fantastic offers / promotions to our customers.
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed.
- Primarily local branch based.
- Be part of the team that represents our company and maintain our high standards and company values.

**What will the Role Require?**
- An excellent team player with a desire to succeed.
- Any amount of Motor Factor Sales Experience is ideal, however not essential.
- Fast learner and keen to develop new skills.
- Computer literate and ideally possess basic IT Skills.
- Any experience with MAM software (or similar) & OE cataloguing sites is ideal, however not essential.
- Excellent communication skills even when under pressure.
- Passion to deliver top class customer service.
- Numeracy and literacy.
- Professional Manner.
- A smart personal appearance.
- Preferably a valid (clean) driving licence to travel to Head Office or Leeds branch for the sales training academy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
