**Job Summary**:
The Role

As a member of our **Waiting Staff**, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and memorable dining journey for our guests. You will be the face of Rosedana, providing professional, attentive, and friendly service in a high-end restaurant environment.

**Job Title: Experienced Waiting Staff**

**Location**: Rosedana Restaurant Hull 29-31 George Street Hull HU1 3BA

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet customers warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
Provide expert menu knowledge, offering recommendations and suggestive selling to enhance the dining and customer experience.
Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Provide food allergy awareness & Intolerance, and adhere to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
Work as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating where necessary.
Ensure tables are cleared and prepared for the next guests in a timely manner.
Use POS systems effectively for order processing.
Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to dress code and professional standards.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Clean and clear the tables on time, ready to seat other customers.

**Qualifications**:
Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred

Allergy awareness and food intolerances preferred
