**Executive Assistant** **Permanent, Office based** **£30,000 - £35,000 plus 20 days holiday plus BH, wellbeing, pension, free fruit, gym membership, free massages and flexible working** **Surbiton with on-site parking** **Start date: Asap** **Overview**: A rare opportunity to join a **fast-growing, award-winning** and environmentally green company as their **EA**, reporting to the CEO. **You will be involved in a whole host of organisational duties, exciting projects and events.** You will be responsible for ensuring that there is **flexible and consistent administration** and support across the business, including office management, process implementation/improvement, secretarial duties, project and programme coordination and liaison with key stakeholders at all levels. You will have expert **organisational skills**, meticulous planning ability **, excellent communication **techniques and an eye for detail. You will be **a 'people person', self-motivated and eager to be involved** in all aspects of the business. **Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include**: coordinating meetings, travel, events, networking and other client facing activities. - Acting as the "gatekeeper" to the CEO - Ensuring relevant documentation, facilities and logistics are arranged for all meetings and events, including proposals, budgets, actions, venues, schedules, travel bookings and coordination on the day. - Providing flexible administration and secretarial support across the business when required, including minute taking, equipment purchasing, scheduling, document creation and expense reporting. - Taking control of resolving urgent operational or administrative issues - Support the CEO with multiple projects - Managing tasks and queries on behalf of the Directors in a timely manner - Develop and maintain knowledge of the business - Delivering successful projects and identifying where processes can be improved and assist in implementation - Delivery of employee and customer engagement programmes through events, hospitality, gifts and celebrations. - Enhancing productivity of senior leaders through best use of technology, processes and systems - Acting as a representative and ambassador to internal and external parties - Staying one step ahead of the team, anticipating requirements - Ensuring that various departments are working collaboratively **To be successful in this role you'll have**: - Degree level Qualification or equivalent - Prince 2 or similar project management qualification (desirable) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive approach to managing workload - Ability and willingness to work to tight deadlines and withstand large amounts of pressure - Advanced user of IT, Microsoft Office and other software packages 0208 542 6688 Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
