**Mashroom is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive sales consultant who is willing to be a part of a fantastic team and work towards growing our lettings business. You will be a part of a niche team that consists of lettings consultants, mortgage advisors and sales consultants. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard at converting and selling products to our customers as well as provide outstanding excellent customer service to our clients and have the ability to upsell sales products to our clients.**
*Job Roles:

- To make contact with all potential leads and convert them into instructions
- To maintain a relationship with both Landlord and Tenant to assist with their Mashroom experience/journey on the platform
- To assist clients with support around the Platform and where required refer over to Technical Support
- To be competent on all Sales Products and have the ability to sell products to clients
- To deliver excellent customer service and knowledge of products/Mashroom platform
- To assist with referrals to other departments of the company: Conveyancing and mortgage services/appointments
- Work towards daily/monthly targets for upsells and instructions
- Devlier Mashroom ethos and to be a great team player
- To partake in daily meetings with the team via Google Hangout/Google Meet to provide updates on targets for the day
- To generate new instructions to the Platform
- To be tech sales driven

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
