Our client is an established and well-respected business based in Banbury who are market leaders in their industry, offering business to business services to their clients nationally. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business and support their team to ensure their customers are receiving a seamless service. In contrast to your average Customer Service team, this is a very fast-paced and technical role and represents a wonderful opportunity for a confident self-starter who is looking for a solid foundation to grow a career.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Raising quotations, entering purchase orders, organise shipping and service returns.
- Arranging all aspects of service visits (both UK and overseas).
- Dealing with urgent customer requests and complaints in a timely fashion with excellent communication.
- Diary management. Manage and arrange the Service Engineers job timetable, by location and customer demand.
- Coordination of health & safety, signing in, tour of building, preparation of meeting rooms for visitors & training.
- Professional and proficient telephone handling.
- General office duties such as reporting, reviewing customer satisfaction stats and adhoc administration.
- Regularly working cross-functionally and as part of a team.

- Flexible in approach, with the ability to respond well to change and pressure.
- Ability to positively influence and build effective relationships.
- Good telephone and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident to use an internal CRM system.
