Embroidery Operatives

Sharon Lee Ltd are leading providers of branded headwear in the retail, music and promotional industries and are currently relocating to Carlisle, Cumbria. From Far East production to in-house decoration, we are dedicated to providing quality products and service. We are currently looking for an experienced Embroidery Operative to join the team.

**Role Description**

The role will involve the day to day running of multiple head embroidery machines, some transfer printing and reprocessing work. Working in a fast-paced environment, the position would suit a diligent individual with good attention to detail and time keeping. We work to close deadlines so being organised is key. You must have good communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A background in embroidery would be preferred.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Running the embroidery machines
- Working to a production schedule
- Resolving embroidery machine issues
- Operating a heat press
- Basic use of a sewing machine to add labels
- Attention to detail and quality
- Above all else, a positive attitude and willingness to continually learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
