**Do you have experience working with ServiceNow? Do you want to be part of a new and exciting implementation programme working with Government Clients? Read on.**

This is an exciting time for the team, who are currently building and implementing a new ServiceNow platform across 70 servers with 3 separate networks, each with differing security levels.

You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support in a very multifaceted business environment. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will coordinate and support multiple ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and developers.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensuring optimum performance of ServiceNow and its implementation and maintenance of databases.
- Proactive monitoring of the database systems to ensure secure services and minimum downtime.
- Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform including routine changes or configuration adjustments.
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform upgrades and patching.
- Coordinate system updates across our 3 different networks.
- Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and perform operational administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the administration for production and non-production instances.
- You'll be able to take ownership of projects and collaborate with internal team members as well as carrying out more BAU activities such as handling permissions, user
authentications, backup and recovery and database tuning.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and implementing changes.
- Prior experience managing multiple Linux based RDBMS on large systems.
- High availability service provision.
- Monitoring and performance tuning.
- MariaDb Database Administration.

**It would be great if you had**:

- Experience with Git, Jenkins and Ansible.
