You will be joining a committed and forward-looking team, with opportunities for you to grow your experience, skills, and influence as the programme develops. Through a creative and responsive approach, you will build relationships with the people we support to improve their health and wellbeing and enable their emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs. You will be able to deliver one-to-one interventions as well as group sessions. Knowledge of psychologically informed interventions and coping strategies is desirable.

The ability to work in a person-centred manner and signpost individuals to services that best suit their needs is essential. This role will be based in the South Hams, area but the head office is based at Exeter, Devon.
