**Job Title**: Waste Collection Driver / Maintenance Operative

**Company**: J Squared Solutions (Recruiting on behalf of esteemed client)

**Location**: London Victoria

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour PAYE, paid monthly

**Shifts Available**: Night Shift (1800-0600)

**Schedule**: 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off, totaling 48 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive a 3.5-ton van to various stations around London City for waste collection.
- Load bins onto the van and transport them back to London Victoria for separation and disposal.
- Perform maintenance tasks at each site, including fixing bins, changing bin wheels, and lids.
- Ensure all collected waste is disposed of properly and in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the van and work area.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Hands-on experience with fixing and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
