**The role**

An opportunity has arisen for a hair and make up artist to join the Debenhams team working on ecom photography as well as campaigns across all associated brands. Working closely with the studio, creative and styling teams in a fast paced, busy studio environment you will be confident leading the hair and make up execution or all required shoots, from ecom to large scale tv campaigns. You will be a great team player whilst delivering a consistent, agile and inventive in your methods and willing to work on projects outside of your comfort zone. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new and developing team as we reinvent Debenhams as the great British digital department store.

**What you'll be doing**
- Lead then execution of all hair and make up needs across ecom photography for the Debenhams studio.
- Develop, present for sign off and lead the execution of all hair and make up concepts for all campaigns for Debenhams brands including all OOH and TV campaigns
- Work with external brands on all make up collabs and internal cross brand projects
- Constantly look at how we can maximise the potential of the hair and make up function

**About you**
- Creative awareness and an ability to combine an innovative approach with commercial ideas
- Proficient in capture one and all other relevant programmes
- Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Good networker and communicator and the capacity to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work with others and able to influence and communicate effectively.
- Excellent people management skills
- Commitment, drive and self motivation
