Founded in 2011, Improveasy provides funding for energy saving installations which improve the energy efficiency of UK households. We work to help reduce carbon emissions and consumer energy bills.
We are currently seeking an organised ECO Operations Administrator to work alongside our growing ECO (Energy Company Obligation) team. As ECO Operations Administrator, your role will involve dealing with incoming submissions, sending utility submission and general ECO reporting to the utilities.
While full training will be provided, keen attention to detail skills are key for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Incoming submissions - processing submissions from installers, double checking the scores, confirming submission back to installer, advising of any errors if applicable, then adding to the database.
Checking for duplicate measures and grouping projects together - searching on access using the postcode to see if there are any duplicates and grouping the project together by labelling 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc.
Allocating projects to the team
- on access allocating projects to members of the team, taking into consideration the measures they have been trained on
Onboarding new installers - sending forms and documents over to the utilities, adding details onto access, setting up dropbox and updating installer contacts spreadsheet
Going into installer meetings
- going through the submissions process
Utility submissions -daily whenever any jobs are at pre sub, exporting from the checkers spreadsheets, back onto access to create utility flat file and submit to utility,including helping to upload to EDF when needed
Utility submission confirmations - every Wednesday and Friday pulling the information from access and creating a table to send out to the installers confirming what measures have been submitted to utility
Data match request uploads **- **uploading request to the DWP portal when sent in
Data match results
- every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday sending out the DM results to installers
Data match invoices for accounts - first day of each month gathering all the data match results from that month, sending across to accounts in a spreadsheet for the installers to be invoiced
Delivery tracker reports
- exporting data from access and pulling through to update this report every evening
Bi reports - exporting the data from access and pulling through to update this report every evening
Installer Error Reporting -Keeping a log of the installer errors to run through with the installers to improve quality
