**What you’ll be doing**:
As a **Dual Hotel Team Member**, you’ll work across both **Reception and Bar**, as well as other hotel areas when needed. This means you’ll:

- Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer queries at Reception
- Serve drinks and food in our Bar Café, ensuring guests have a great experience
- Support the wider team to keep the hotel clean, safe and running smoothly
