The Role

We are searching for a passionate and energetic Barista with plenty of ambition to help make every customers experience memorable. You’ll be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, preparing and serving a variety of beverages whilst maintaining high standards of customer service. If you love coffee and enjoy interacting with people, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
- Take customer orders and offer menu recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organised work space
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocking supplies
- Uphold the highest standards for quality and customer service.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle minor customer issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Support the promotion and display of local produce and seasonal specials.

About You
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or food retail.
- A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and organised.
- Passionate about local produce, great food, and community-focused service.
- Reliable, flexible, and confident with opening/closing responsibilities.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: From £23,709.38 per year
