**Position**:Trainee Sales Advisor

**Location**: York

**Salary**: Basic £21,673 with OTE £32,000+

**Hours**:5 over 7 days ( 1 in every 6 weekends off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers in choosing furniture pieces that align with their preferences and needs.
- Offer expert advice on design, materials, and interior décor to help customers conceptualise their ideal living spaces.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product range to provide tailored recommendations.
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably organised and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and surpass sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for interior design and home furnishings.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
- Keen attention to detail and organisation.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
