**Procurement/ Finance Administrator**

**We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Procurement/ Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team at Delkia.
**Overview of the role**

**Key responsibilities**
- Inputting timesheets on a weekly basis
- Managing the company accounts inbox
- Checking of goods invoices
- Admin support to the procurement department
- Reporting and collating information
- Inputting purchase orders onto the system
- Liaising with suppliers and manage any queries ensuring issues are reported to the line manager in a timely manner
- Ensure all delivery notes and invoices correspond with the purchase order and value
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Receive, record and resolve all invoice queries from the accounts department
- Raise discrepancies with the supply chain, supporting with order queries including chasing suppliers for information on delivery dates, invoice and requests for quotations

**Desired Qualifications / Prerequisites**

Previous experience of purchasing administration or administration where strong attention to detail has been required would be preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good numerical skills
- Be self-motivated
